Scott C. Villarreal

Scott Villarreal is a dedicated attorney with a passion for advocating for his clients and community. A Dallas native, Scott was raised in Mesquite,TX and graduated from Horn High School then continued to St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX to earn a Bachelor of Arts in 2008. 

Scott’s interest in pursuing a law degree stemmed from his experience working at a Juvenile Detention facility in Austin, TX where he began to understand the complexities of the legal system and felt determined to make a difference. He continued his academic journey at Wake Forest School of Law, in Winston-Salem, NC where he earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 2012.

After obtaining his law degree, Scott began his legal career at a top law firm in Fort Worth, TX, practicing primarily insurance defense. After years of working in insurance defense, Scott made the switch to fighting on the plaintiff’s side, allowing him to provide a service to his community. His plaintiff work experience from top Texas personal injury law firms grew his passion for advocating for individuals hurt in motor vehicle accidents and motivated his choice to start his own personal injury law firm in 2019. After almost 5 years of business on his own, he has helped thousands of clients hurt in motor vehicle accidents throughout Texas and North Carolina.
